able to prevent major problems from occurring. Had these problems gone
uncorrected, some would have resulted in network-wide downtime for the
client. Additionally, ISG ProActive Monitoring provides our clients with
regular network reports. As opposed to manually inspecting servers,
workstations and networks, (which often results in skewed and inaccurate
data) an automatic, regular means of generating reports will provide you
with a snapshot of the health and utilization of your systems. These
reports can then be compared to historical reports to generate trends,
enabling you to better allocate resources and plan for growth. These
reports will give a true, accurate picture of the health of your
systems, from your servers to your PCs to your firewall.
